Terms and Conditions for Spanish Lesson Packages

  1. Time Frame for Using Hours
    • 10- and 20-Hour Packages: The purchased lesson hours must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
    • 30-Hour Package: The purchased lesson hours must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase.
  2. Platforms for Classes
    • The classes will be conducted via online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform agreed upon in advance with the student. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have access to the agreed-upon platform.
  3. Student Requirements
    • The student must have a private and distraction-free study environment to ensure a conducive learning experience.
    • It is preferable for the student to use a computer for the lessons, as this facilitates access to materials and provides a better learning experience. Other devices can be used, but they may limit certain functionalities during the class.
  4. Rescheduling and Canceling Classes
    • Classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the teacher’s availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the scheduled class.
  5. Payments
    • Payments must be made in advance via PayPal.me or another agreed-upon method between the student and tutor. Payment is required before the class takes place.
  6. Additional Conditions
    • Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of purchased hours without the right to a refund.
    • By purchasing a lesson package, the student fully accepts these terms and conditions.
